Southeast Concrete Systems, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead our preconstruction and estimating operations, setting the stage for project success from day one.

You will head estimating efforts, coordinate with operations and subcontractors, manage client meetings, and mentor a growing team to deliver accurate bids and strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in construction management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of estimating, Project manager or Preconstruction experience in commercial construction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering quality results and building strong team dynamics

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day estimating and Preconstruction activities
• Lead a team in preparing accurate and competitive bids
• Attend and contribute to client and design meetings
• Identify and engage qualified subcontractors
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth project handoff
• Participate in proposal development and client presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
