Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating on ground-up and/or renovations $25M+ projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
