Job summary

Redpath Partners in the Mid-Atlantic region seeks a Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead all preconstruction and estimating activities for commercial and energy projects from concept through award.

You will develop budgets, analyze drawings and specifications, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, and identify cost-saving opportunities while supporting business development.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of experience in estimating and preconstruction within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
  • Experience delivering projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Proven ability to develop accurate budgets and estimates.
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and bid management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Job description

A growing construction and energy solutions organization is seeking a Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to join its team. This individual will play a key role in project planning, cost estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction strategy for a variety of commercial and energy-related projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities
