Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager in Asheville, NC to lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and client coordination during the preconstruction phase for commercial projects. This role partners with operations to ensure a smooth handoff from concept to construction.

The ideal candidate has strong CMAR and Design-Build experience, 5+ years in commercial construction, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, costs, and risk while delivering value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction with estimating/preconstruction leadership.
• Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods.
• Ability to analyze costs, risks, and financial strategies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction process including budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules and milestones.
• Prepare cost estimates, GMP proposals, and value engineering analyses.
• Ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to operations.
