Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating commercial construction projects ($50+ million).
• Capability to lead project pursuits in multiple sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional, and Residential.
• Previous supervisory experience managing and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage design-build project pursuits and preconstruction efforts across business units.
• Lead the team to prepare accurate proposals and conceptual estimates.
• Oversee subcontractor selection process and maintain historical data for unit pricing.
