Job summary

Sky Mavis is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead high-level management of preconstruction efforts. You will work closely with the Vice President of Preconstruction and lead collaboration with various teams to ensure project success.

Your role will involve managing design-build project pursuits and providing guidance across all business units. A background in construction management or engineering, along with leadership skills, is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction.
• Proven track record in leading project pursuits across multiple market sectors.
• Deep knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify new project opportunities.
• Develop specific project scopes and prepare proposals.
• Create detailed conceptual estimates for each trade.
