Job summary

The role involves driving the bidding process for diverse construction projects across the Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Institutional sectors. You will prepare proposals, manage subcontractor bids, and conduct constructability reviews. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate knowledge of construction principles and project management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Project Engineer or related internship is beneficial.
• Familiarity with construction practices and technology is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Drive the bidding process for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed proposals and manage subcontractor bids.
• Perform quantity take-offs and constructability reviews.
• Develop historical data on unit prices for future estimates.
