Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction for large-volume commercial projects. This remote role collaborates with architects, engineers, and clients nationwide to develop budgets, schedules, and value-engineering strategies.

You will oversee bid packages, subcontractor qualification, and detailed estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. Emphasizes LEAN, risk assessment, and clear proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years electrical construction estimating experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities including budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
• Manage bid package scopes and subcontractor bidding process.
• Provide detailed estimates and cost analysis to meet budgets.
• Apply LEAN concepts for process improvements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
