Job summary

The Bobbitt Group is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager - Estimator to lead the day-to-day delivery of preconstruction services, including feasibility studies, budgeting from design through bidding, and value engineering. This role also helps secure new business through client interviews and industry engagement.

You will mentor the preconstruction and estimating team, collaborate with owners, designers, and subcontractors, and drive competitive, accurate proposals to win projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proven ability to develop accurate GMP/bid estimates.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction services from feasibility through final bidding.
• Prepare and analyze pricing with market data and subcontractor input.
• Coordinate with owners, design team, and operations to move projects to construction.
• Present proposals to clients and participate in interviews to win work.
• Mentor and develop the preconstruction and estimating team.
