Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent required.
• 12 years of industry experience required.
• Must have previous Mission Critical or Aviation project sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Manhattan’s Preconstruction Team to Clients.
• Meet Client Needs/Budget /Attend OAC / design meetings.
• Provide Concept Budgets and perform Value Management Analysis.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure correct Cost Budget is sent to accounting.
• Review all Subcontracts before issuance to Subcontractors.
• Manage Preconstruction services time/costs and prepare PSRs for projects.
