You will own the process from concept and feasibility through design development, estimating, procurement strategy and construction mobilisation, ensuring buildability and value for money on complex projects in a major metropolitan market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in construction
• Experience on large-scale projects valued at $50M+
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial or mixed-use developments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full preconstruction process for high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
• Oversee projects from initial concept, feasibility and budgeting through to construction commencement.
• Develop detailed cost plans, budgets, estimates and value engineering strategies.
• Manage design development and coordination, ensuring buildability, cost efficiency and programme requirements are achieved.
