Jobot is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager for Commercial MEP Construction in Washington, DC. This on-site role focuses on leading preconstruction for ground-up commercial projects, with heavy emphasis on MEP and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• MEP experience and procurement experience are required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CCM or PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preconstruction phase for commercial projects with emphasis on MEP.
• Lead procurement activities: sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop plans and schedules.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and budget projections.
