Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years commercial construction experience including 5 years in preconstruction/estimating.
• Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control and material pricing.
• Strong communication, design/build understanding, and ethical professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction estimating and value design across projects.
• Develop cost models and conceptual estimates.
• Mentor Cost Engineers and Project Management staff.
• Build client relationships and present sales proposals.
• Coordinate design/build and procurement strategies.
