SL Recruit is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction professional for a senior Estimator Manager role with our client, a nationally recognized GC. The position emphasizes leadership in preconstruction, data-driven estimating, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include guiding project strategies, managing risks, and driving process improvements. Collaboration with VP and regional directors is central to the role, with opportunities to influence bid wins and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field required.
• 15+ years’ experience in construction estimating, project management, project supervision, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction through direct stakeholder interface and oversee other projects.
• Develop project-specific strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables and backlog growth.
• Compile market data to validate or adjust estimates and analyze market conditions.
