ATALNT is seeking a senior construction estimating leader for a hands-on role in Sioux Falls. You will own the estimating and preconstruction function, guiding bid management across commercial, industrial, agricultural, and metal-building projects.

You will collaborate with company ownership and project teams, drive bid accuracy, and tailor processes to improve efficiency and market opportunities. On-site work in Sioux Falls is required or relocation is considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Strong hands-on estimating and bid-management background.
• Experience with commercial GC, design-build, or industrial contractors.
• Understanding of scopes, subcontractor pricing, materials, plans, and specs.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines and lead a function on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate estimating, quoting, and bid management.
• Ensure bids are accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule.
• Manage multiple active bid opportunities and deadlines.
• Personally prepare estimates and quotes when workload requires.

Our client is a Sioux Falls-based commercial general contractor specializing in metal building construction across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.

We are seeking a senior-level construction professional to lead and strengthen the company’s estimating and preconstruction function. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can manage multiple bids, improve estimating processes, and personally step into estimating and quoting when workload increases.

• Must be able to work on‑site in Sioux Falls or be open to relocation
