Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with vacuum systems, servo controls, motion-control equipment, and CMMS is a plus.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and automated equipment issues.
• Respond to equipment failures and implement root-cause corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, startup, qualification, and maintenance of new equipment.
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities and maintain maintenance records.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to maintenance programs and spare parts strategies.
• Utilize maintenance systems to track work orders, repairs, and equipment history.
• Support facility infrastructure including utilities, HVAC, compressed air, electrical, water, and vacuum systems.
• Participate in safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
