ARM Services is seeking a skilled Manual/Conventional Machinist for our Jacksonville, FL facility. You will set up and operate lathes and mills, interpret blueprints, and verify parts using calipers and micrometers while maintaining top safety standards.

You will collaborate with peers to troubleshoot issues, contribute to process improvements, and document production logs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with machining certificate considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of high school or equivalent; machining certificate is a plus.
• Proven expertise in manual/conventional machining roles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with precision instruments for measurement (calipers, micrometers).
• Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation.
