Qualifications

• 5+ years aerospace manufacturing or related experience with inspection processes.
• Able to measure, mark, and verify finished parts using precision tools.
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet specs and quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and feeds/speeds for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper equipment condition.
• Record production data, job progress, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and inspectors to resolve issues.
• Able to lift 25 pounds regularly and work under deadlines.
