Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) to support daily fabrication and welding in our precast facility. You will work under the Plant Manager with coordination from the Project Manager to ensure timely, safe, and accurate production.

This role provides day-to-day guidance to Fabricators and Helpers, reviews drawings for clarity, and ensures compliance with specifications and safety standards in a heavy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fabrication and welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in MIG welding; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on fabrication, welding, and modification of forms and components used in precast concrete production.
• Assign and coordinate daily work for Fabricators and Helpers.
• Review shop drawings for clarity and accuracy prior to fabrication.
• Ensure work meets specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to efficiency, quality, and workflow.
