Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) for our precast facility. This hands-on role supports daily fabrication and welding activities, reports to the Plant Manager, and guides Fabricators and Helpers without direct supervisory duties.

You will read shop drawings, ensure conformance to specs, prioritize work with the Project Manager, and maintain a safe, organized shop. We value reliability, safety, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years of fabrication and welding experience in precast/manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints; MIG welding proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on fabrication, welding, and modification of forms and components used in precast concrete production.
• Assign and coordinate daily work for Fabricators and Helpers based on direction from the Plant Manager.
• Review shop drawings and blueprints to ensure clarity and accuracy prior to fabrication.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Partner with the Project Manager to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
