Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
• Align technology solutions with customer outcomes, including the Pure Storage portfolio and ecosystem.
• Partner with account managers and channel partners to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
• Demonstrate technical leadership in storage products, architectures, and competitive offerings.
• Manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
• Create and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Translate customer needs into innovative solutions and contribute to RFP responses.
• Identify opportunities for testing and validation.
• Engage in roadmap planning and produce supporting marketing materials.
• Stay current with market trends and competition.

Qualifications:

• BSc in CS, EE, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Pre-sales experience required.
• 5+ years in technology, design, or communications, supporting enterprise storage, networking, or cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of client/server and web-based architectures.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture, cloud frameworks, and microservices is a plus.
• Experience with storage architectures (FC, NAS, SAN), Linux, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
