SECUTIX seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Americas team in Fort Lauderdale. You will be the industry and solution expert, supporting the sales team with compelling demonstrations and effective presentations of the SECUTIX platform.

Responsibilities include discovering customer requirements, configuring SECUTIX solutions, and educating customers through storytelling and demonstrations. Travel up to 40% and close collaboration with sales and product teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years live entertainment, sports, cultural arts, and attractions industry experience.
• Five to ten years sales experience preferred; vendor or existing rightsholder experience also preferred.
• Expert level knowledge of ticketing sales, marketing, and analytics systems.
• Knowledge of SECUTIX applications preferred.
• Knowledge of software and technology systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: storytelling, needs analysis, value positioning, business justification, closing techniques, presentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments.
• Preferred college degree in business or engineering

Responsabilités

• Understand market and customer requirements by researching and asking about challenges and linking them to SECUTIX features.
• Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the SECUTIX ticketing and event management solution.
• Responds to RFIs and RFPs with proposals regarding the SECUTIX solution.
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at prospects as a trusted advisor and expert.
• Provide input to, and gather insight from, cross-functional departments pertaining to market requirements and product enhancements.
• Actively maintain in-depth functional SECUTIX product knowledge and industry trends; understand AI, ML, Blockchain etc.
• Maintain awareness of competitive ticketing products and technologies.
• Clearly articulate benefits of SECUTIX applications to all levels, including executives.
• Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales force automation system.
• Travel: Up to 40% for client visits and industry events.
