Job summary

SECUTIX, a leading ticketing technology platform, is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to serve as industry and solution expert across technical and functional domains. Based in Fort Lauderdale, you will support the sales team by developing engaging presentations and software demonstrations that articulate SECUTIX strengths, benefits, and value to clients.

Qualifications

Five to ten years in live entertainment, sports, cultural arts, and attractions.
Five to ten years sales experience; vendor or existing rightsholder experience preferred.
Expert knowledge of ticketing sales, marketing, and analytics systems.
Knowledge of SECUTIX applications.
Knowledge of software and technology systems.
Strong verbal and written communication; storytelling and presentation skills.
Preferred degree in business or engineering.
Ability to solve complex technical problems in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Understand market and customer requirements and map to SECUTIX features.
Develop and deliver high-impact demonstrations of SECUTIX solution.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs with proposals.
Build relationships with key stakeholders as trusted advisor.
Provide input to cross-functional teams on market needs and product enhancements.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and industry trends.
