Job summary

SECUTIX Americas seeks a Senior Customer Success Specialist to support LATAM clients with the S-360 platform, provide hands-on configuration and issue resolution, and drive adoption. You will deliver on-site event support and training for venues and live events, fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have SaaS experience, Salesforce proficiency, and fluency in Spanish, with ability to travel to client sites and operate across time zones within a European-led organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, technical account management, or professional services—ideally SaaS or live events.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS products.
• Expertise using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and tools quickly.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, venues, and events.
• Native or fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to LATAM clients in configuring and using the S-360 platform, troubleshooting ticketing, box office, and workflows.
• Meet defined SLAs and ensure requests are fully resolved to client satisfaction.
• Coordinate complex requests with the appropriate department and keep the client informed of progress.
