Mission Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Glendale, CA to lead a high-impact pre-litigation operation. You’ll manage your own PI caseload from intake through settlement while supervising about 20 team members, including case managers and negotiators.

The role is in-office for the first 90 days with a potential hybrid arrangement thereafter. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 plus bonus, reflecting leadership and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in plaintiff-side personal injury.
• Experience with motor vehicle accident matters.
• Pre-litigation case management experience.
• Quality control and file auditing experience.
• Negotiation with insurance carriers.
• Team leadership or direct supervision.
• Mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Oversee approximately 20 pre-litigation team members.
• Review case files and team work product.
• Establish quality-control standards.
• Conduct file, workflow, and performance audits.
• Direct case strategy and timelines.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement value.
• Draft, review, and negotiate demand packages.
• Negotiate settlement agreements and other legal documents.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Participate in weekly meetings and performance reviews.
