You will supervise paralegals, direct medical build-up, and partner with leadership to expand our Texas footprint. A Texas license and 8+ years of personal injury experience are required, with a track record of delivering full-value settlements.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas in good standing.
• 8+ years of personal injury experience.
• Proven record of valuing and settling cases at full value.
• Able to evaluate liability, coverage, and damages.
• Knowledge of liens: hospital, ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-litigation docket strategy from intake to settlement.
• Gatekeep new cases, deciding go/no-go.
• Guide treatment strategy with paralegals.
• Own the demand process and set settlement ranges.
• Direct settlement negotiations with adjusters.
• Mentor and supervise support staff.
• Advise clients with clarity and compassion.
