Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing school.
• Current unrestricted RN license in PA and NJ or Compact license allowing practice in PA/NJ.
• Current PA Pre-Hospital RN (PHRN) certification.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-depth, systematic assessment of assigned patients.
• Formulates collaborative and individualized care plan and expected outcomes.
• Implements and documents patient care interventions per care plan.
• Coordinates and prioritizes patient care using available resources.
• Collaborates with caregivers to assure appropriate staffing across shifts.
• Maintains departmental records for administrative/regulatory purposes.
