Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Critical Care Transport/Flight Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the Emergency and Transport Services program.

The CCT PHRN reports to the CCT Program Nurse Manager and operates under medical direction to deliver advanced scope of practice per DOH standards. The role requires ICU/ED experience, current BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications, and ongoing certification in CFRN or CTRN within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current unrestricted RN license in PA and NJ or compact license allowing practice in PA/NJ.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in critical care transport.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinate with transport team and medical director.
• Maintain unit records and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in performance improvement activities.
