Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pre-construction execution for assigned pursuits and projects, coordinating estimating, scheduling, design collaboration, and procurement input through final pricing.
• Develop and manage conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates with complete scope, quantities, and pricing.
• Prepare conceptual budgets and analyses to support pursuit positioning and customer discussions.
• Coordinate with operations, design management, procurement, and scheduling teams to support constructability, phasing, logistics, and transition from pre-construction to execution.
• Engage with customers, designers, trade partners, and vendors to clarify scope and validate assumptions for reliable pricing and schedules.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers; communicate them to senior leadership for informed decisions.
