Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pre-construction activities for pursuits and projects.
• Develop and manage conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates.
• Prepare conceptual budgets and estimate analyses.
• Coordinate with operations, design, procurement, and scheduling teams.
• Engage with customers, designers, and vendors to clarify scope and pricing.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for risks and gaps.
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost drivers for decisions.
• Lead and mentor pre-construction staff.
