Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, properly formatted take-offs for all CSI divisions (simple through complex).
• Audit full estimates for contract alignment and ensure alignment with municipal requirements.
• Review documents for completeness and verify cost management considerations are incorporated.
• Coordinate with design team to ensure constructability and alignment with owner intent.
• Lead pre-bid conferences and manage subcontractor bid packages with adequate coverage.
• Assemble complete estimates and present budgets to project teams and management.
• Mentor estimators and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.
