The successful candidate will independently lead preconstruction efforts, develop conceptual estimates, and support pursuits valued at $20M+, with a strong track record in cost planning and schedules.

This role offers relocation support and a path to leadership within a growing practice.

Qualifications

7+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience in commercial construction.
Ability to independently manage pursuits valued at $20M+.
Strong conceptual estimating experience.
Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-construction planning activities for assigned construction projects.
Review project information to clarify scope, requirements, and key deliverables.
Develop preliminary budgets and cost estimates to support project planning.
Build and maintain pre-construction schedules that guide early project milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to align plans before construction begins.
Identify project questions and planning considerations early to support informed decisions.
Prepare clear project documentation, estimates, and planning updates for review.
Help transition approved plans into the construction phase with complete project information.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their Nashville team.

Job Description

Lead pre-construction planning activities for assigned construction projects.
Review project information to clarify scope, requirements, and key deliverables.
