Job summary

Americaribe LLC, a Bouygues Bâtiment International subsidiary, seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to lead major project budgeting, scheduling and deliverables from concept through contract and handover to construction.

You will act as the main liaison with Owners, Architects, Engineers and subcontractors, drive value engineering, manage risks, and collaborate with estimators, designers and production teams to secure successful preconstruction outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in the construction industry in the US and the Caribbean or similar regions.
• Five+ years in preconstruction/bid management on major projects $200M+.
• Experience in luxury hospitality projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Building/Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction budget, schedule and deliverables from conception to handover.
• Serve as main contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Partners.
• Coordinate with estimators, designers, project managers and subcontractors.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules and means/methods; propose value engineering.
• Support business development and contract teams in RFP/RFQ responses.
• Monitor design development for risk factors and constructability.
• Lead self-performing strategy discussions where applicable.
