Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations including staffing, scheduling and workflows.
• Hire, onboard, train and manage staff.
• Promote patient experience by monitoring feedback and ensuring service quality.
• Monitor inventory and medical equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement initiatives.
• Enforce compliance with policies, HIPAA and HR standards.
• Direct revenue cycle activities and front-end processes.
