Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred; 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-physician practice environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily practice operations including reception, phones, staffing and provider schedules.
• Hires, onboards, trains and manages staff.
• Promotes excellence in patient experience by monitoring feedback and best practices.
• Directs business and patient care functions and coordinates with leadership on initiatives.
• Monitors revenue cycle and participates in budget planning.
• Coordinates staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Maintains compliance with HIPAA, security, and regulatory standards.
• Acts as liaison with physicians and regional leadership to implement operational changes.
