Job summary

NYU Langone Florida's Faculty Group Practice in West Palm Beach seeks a Practice Manager (FGP) to lead daily operations and staff. You will hire, onboard, and manage team members while collaborating with physicians and regional leadership to drive operational improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of leadership in a multi-physician setting, strong communication, and proficiency in scheduling, billing coordination, and compliance with HIPAA and NYU policies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff and patients.
• Progressive leadership; demonstrated in a leadership position or demonstrates the potential for leadership competency; demonstrates ability to develop, guide, motivate, nurture, and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily practice operations including reception, staffing and provider schedules.
• Hires, onboards, trains and manages staff.
• Promotes excellence in patient experience by monitoring feedback and reinforcing best practices.
• Coordinates regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensures adherence to NYU Langone Health policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Oversees revenue cycle outcomes including front-end processes and billing coordination.
