Job summary

A Better Way Psychiatry & TMS in California is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations for an outpatient psychiatry practice. You will supervise administrative staff, streamline scheduling and patient flow, and coordinate workflows with clinical teams to support growth.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of behavioral health management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a proven ability to build efficient systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the practice.

• Oversee insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate TMS and Spravato administrative workflows.
• Work with billing to improve collections and reduce errors.
• Develop policies, procedures, and staff training systems.
• Monitor performance, solve problems, and build systems to support growth.
