Job summary

Neuro Wellness Spa is seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director overseeing two outpatient psychiatry clinics in Southern California. You will shape clinical strategy, oversee TMS programs, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

You will partner with executive leadership to expand access to innovative treatments while mentoring psychiatric providers and driving quality initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active California medical license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical psychiatry experience.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice providers.
• Expertise in psychopharmacology and outpatient psychiatric treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership and clinical oversight for psychiatric services across two outpatient clinics.
• Establish and maintain a culture of clinical excellence and evidence-based treatment.
• Guide treatment planning and complex case consultations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance clinical strategy and quality outcomes.
• Support recruitment, mentorship, and retention of clinical staff.
