Mass General Brigham is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support outpatient neurology operations. The role combines clerical duties with clinical support, handling scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communications under supervision.
Responsibilities include billing paperwork, document scanning, and acting as a Super User for scheduling and billing systems. Hybrid schedule, 40 hours weekly, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations, under minimal supervision. Performs administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at highest proficiency level).
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience: Office experience 3-5 years required

Compensation: The pay rate for this position starts at $22.00 per hour, with increases based on the candidate's years of experience.
