Mass General Brigham's Outpatient Neurology department in Boston is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support clinical service operations. The role combines administrative and clinical functions with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm).
You will schedule appointments, assist with billing, act as Super User for scheduling and billing systems, guide office staff, handle co-pays, and help keep patient records organized.

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations, under minimal supervision. Performs administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at highest proficiency level).
