Job summary

Archetype is seeking an Account Manager to lead North American client relationships and deliver strategic, creative campaigns. You will guide media strategy, manage a team of junior staff, and partner with senior leaders to drive client success.

The role requires 5-7 years of agency experience in technology sectors, strong media relationships, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Travel for client work is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in agency tech environments such as AI, cybersecurity, software, B2B and B2C.
• Experience developing media strategy for product announcements and proactive campaigns.
• Proven success earning media results with press relationships and counsel to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account lead for assigned clients and provide daily counsel.
• Oversee account activities to ensure quality, strategy and creativity.
• Partner with senior account leaders to develop strategy and oversee junior staff execution.
• Develop media strategy to earn coverage for product/service announcements and executive visibility programs.
• Collaborate with junior staff to grow their skills across accounts.
