HKS, Inc. is seeking a collaborative communications leader to execute earned-media strategies that elevate the firm’s external visibility. You will support sector-specific, integrated PR campaigns and build targeted media and stakeholder relationships to strengthen reputation and growth.

You’ll mentor a global PR team, oversee performance and develop a global measurement framework tied to KPIs, working with events and marketing to maximize campaign impact.

• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work with senior leaders.
• Collaborative, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with PR tools and newsroom workflows.
• Experience in a matrixed global organization or related industries is preferred.

• Oversees goal setting, performance management and global measurement.
• Collaborates with events and marketing to support PR visibility and program goals.
• Develops dashboards to track earned media performance, sentiment, and ROI.
• Delivers transparent reporting to executives via dashboards and briefings.
• Explores emerging tech, including AI tools for monitoring, sentiment analysis and content generation.
