Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• 7+ years in media relations, PR, journalism, or communications, preferably in design/architecture/real estate.
• Experience in a matrixed global organization or AEC industry preferred.
• Proficiency with PR tools (Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack) and newsroom workflows.
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing, and communication skills.

• Execute earned-media strategies to elevate external visibility.
• Develop and manage integrated PR campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain media and community stakeholder relationships.
• Lead thought-leadership storytelling and brand-aligned messaging.

• Mentor a global PR team and agency partners.

• Provide real-time reporting to executives via dashboards and briefings.
