Job summary

Seeking.com is seeking a Senior PR Manager to own public relations end-to-end and lead a small in-house team. You will manage strategy, storytelling, and media outreach across dating, lifestyle, and business beats.

You will mentor a direct report, coordinate with creative, product, social, and digital teams, and report weekly on SoV metrics and impressions. Fully remote within the US with COMPENSATION above market range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, marketing or journalism or equivalent track record.
• Demonstrated ability to secure tier-one media coverage and manage senior leadership visibility.
• Strong writing, editing, and media pitching skills with portfolio of placements.

Responsibilities

• Own PR strategy, KPIs (SoV, earned impressions) and quarterly executive readouts.
• Lead and mentor at least one direct report; conduct regular 1:1s and development plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with creative, product, social, and digital teams.
• Pitch directly to journalists; maintain and expand media relationships in dating, lifestyle, business, tech.
