Job summary

M Booth & Associates is hiring for a Senior Account Executive or Account Supervisor to join our Consumer Lifestyle Team. You’ll lead client initiatives across PR, partnerships, events and influencer programming, guiding teams to deliver breakthrough campaigns in the lifestyle space.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic counseling, and a passion for culture with occasional travel. We offer a hybrid remote policy for a Tri-State area presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive in a PR agency.
• 6–7 years of experience on the PR agency side for an Account Supervisor.
• Experience leading a team of 2–3 direct reports.
• Willingness to travel.
• Solid foundation in consumer marketing: PR, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Act as client counselor on PR, partnerships, events/experiential and influencer programming fronts.
• Lead and manage complex projects; supervise and inspire team members.
• Oversee earned media outputs and develop media strategies that meet KPIs.
• Design clear workplans and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Lead events and experiential activations (virtual and in-person).
• Contribute to planning, brainstorms, and cross-functional collaboration.
