Job summary

Brick in Chicago or New York seeks a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead day-to-day communications, shaping our press presence and brand voice across culture and media.

You will build and manage our spokespeople program, guide executive visibility, and drive consumer communications for launches and market expansion—partnering with Product Marketing and Brand for every press moment. Hybrid role, $150k–$175k base.

Qualifications

• Experience leading communications strategy in-house or at an agency.
• Proven press, cultural, or category wins in consumer brands.
• Ability to coach founders/executives for press.
• Experience managing external PR agencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day communications strategy and execution.
• Support spokespeople program and protect founders' time.
• Define category-defining consumer communications.
• Lead launch PR for new products, markets, partnerships.
