Parasol Marketing Group in New York seeks an intelligent, enthusiastic PR professional with 4-6 years in a PR agency, proven media contacts, and a track record of securing high-profile media results.

You will act as key client contact, build and manage strategic PR and marketing programs, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and leadership are essential for success at Parasol.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• 4-6 years in public relations agency
• Proven track record of success at Agency or Company
• Experience managing other team members such as AE’s, AAE’s, AC’s, interns or freelancers
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Strong network of established media contacts
• Superb client management skills
• Excellent organizational skills, proactive, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment
• Team oriented and ability to take the lead on relevant projects
• Resourceful and well-connected
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, Cision, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Act as key client contact
• Build and manage strategic PR and marketing programs for clients
• Direct client strategy and manage client activity
• Develop/maintain strong relationships with key media and other key influencers
• Write compelling content for PR materials, including creative pitch plans and identify unique story angles
• Secure consistent and quality media placements
• Develop and participate in new business proposal writing and pitches, help secure new business
• Work successfully in a fast paced, high-energy environment
• Manage and mentor team members and other PR/Marketing resources and partners
