Nike Communications, Inc. in New York city is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead media relations for luxury and lifestyle brands. The role focuses on earned media, journalist relationships, event facilitation, and collaborative campaign development.

You will mentor junior staff, serve as a primary client contact with professionalism, and contribute to brand partnerships. The position requires strong communications skills and willingness to travel for key events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of full-time experience in public relations and media relations
• Genuine enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of Luxury, Lifestyle, Spirits and/or Entertainment industries with a track record of impactful stories across national, digital, and regional media
• Understanding of print, online, broadcast and new-media channels for outreach
• Strong relationships with top media outlets and freelance writers
• Ability to create processes to organize work and delegate tasks effectively
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for work-related events or meetings

Responsibilities

• Leads by example in securing earned media for marquee features
