Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, or other paid media channels is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms based on client goals and growth opportunities.
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and social channels.
• Connect campaign performance to meaningful outcomes: leads, CAC, ROAS, revenue, and franchise development opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve results through testing, audience development, bidding strategies, and landing-page recommendations.
• Manage budgets, forecast results, and allocate budget where it moves the needle.
• Investigate performance shifts and attribution challenges, turning insights into action.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with account management, creative, SEO, and other specialists to build integrated marketing programs.
