Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients. The Senior Google Ads Specialist will own strategy, performance, and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role with internal and external collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes and drive continual improvement. Remote work is available for US/Canada/South Africa.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience leading strategy and client-facing discussions.
• Strong analytics, reporting, QA and optimization mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
• Create growth roadmaps and own client performance and analytics.
• Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical/on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
